Good to Know
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Please let us know if you are allergic to any ingredients if you make a reservation.
- Unfortunately, we do not accommodate kosher requests.
- We will try to accommodate allergy-related requests, though it may not be possible.
- The tour may go beyond the scheduled ending point; if you have an appointment or plan right after this tour, please let us know in advance.
- Services not listed (For example : Extra food and drinks, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Transportation to/from attractions) are not included in the tour.
- This activity is perfect for who has no problems with stairs. Our classroom is on the third floor in the Japanese traditional building with only stairs.
- Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be allowed to join the tour. This will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
