This isn't a Cooking Class, it's a Ramen Work Experience!
Experience being a Ramen Chef alongside fellow Travellers and Foodies!
Breaking Bones, making Noodles and Gyoza from scratch and assembling your own restaurant quality ramen in an upscale contemporary restaurant in Meguro, Tokyo.
We have 2 broths every day, Shio Ramen and Miso Tonkotsu.
We can cater to Vegetarians, Gluten Free, Pork Free and other dietary requirements as long as you let us know in advance!
After our class, you'll have a completely different appreciation for Ramen!
