The tour takes place at a Shibuya ramen restaurant specializing in Hokkaido ramen. Hokkaido is best known as Japan’s “Ramen Kingdom”, and for good reason.
You’ll get to sample the best of Hokkaido’s ramen styles:
– Miso: Bold and Nutty (from Sapporo City)
– Shoyu: Broiled and Smoky (from Asahikawa City)
– Shio: Light and Creamy (from Hakodate City)
For each of these ramen, you can choose between a vegan OR non-vegan broth.
In addition to learning about ramen, you’ll learn about Hokkaido’s mighty place in ramen history and the ramen world.
